We first met Debbie many years ago when she brought her dogs along to my see my husband Colin, at his veterinary surgery. Debbie has become a very special friend.

She was so caring for her dogs, that Colin advised her to become a dog carer and to try it as a career. He felt she had a special bond with her four legged friends. Colin became her mentor and Debbie following all the official rules and regulations successfully started her business. Debbie has looked after Benji for over a year following our move up to London. She has always been professional and reliable, and communicates promptly through WhatsApp. Debbie has also been fantastic at helping us with weekend walks when we have needed additional cover. My Cavapoo Fudge has been going to Debbie’s daycare for 2 days a week for a few weeks now, and in the short time she’s been going Fudge has changed considerably for the best. She loves being around the other puppies, and when she gets home you can tell that she has had a busy day as she falls asleep quickly. She is so excited when she gets to Debbie, tail wagging and excited to play with her new friends. Debbie is amazing, she is very knowledgeable, and has advised me on issues I might have with Fudge and has given me great advice, health, training, dos and don’t. From One Dog Lover to Another

When we needed a dog walker and our regular day-care was unavailable, Debbie was recommended. And what a find. She is a dog owner, dog lover and we had no hesitation in asking her to look after Blair.

From the thorough pre-assessment and her care in checking out things like Blair’s vaccination history, we knew that Debbie would look after “our boy”, and she did.

As well as coming around to check us out, we visited Debbie and her facilities are totally geared up for dogs of all shapes and sizes. From comfortable, clean and warm spaces inside to a safe and secure garden and play area for them, we knew Blair was in safe hands.

And after checking out previous recommendations, we had no qualms with giving Debbie a front-door key so that she could come around and collect Blair for his walks and to look after him.

I started taking Milo to Debbie at around 6 months and he’s still going now at nearly a year old – it’s the highlight of his week and he gets so excited when he realises where we’re going!

Debbie is friendly and knowledgeable, with a secure, safe environment. She often has several puppies there, and I think it’s really helped Milo with his socialisation and anxiety (particularly since he was a lockdown puppy). He’s now able to let me work from home productively, but I continue to take him to meet his friends and have some variety in his week.

Debbies Doggies has been fantastic for both my puppy and myself. Like many others I got my puppy during lockdown. Getting puppies to socialise with other dogs during this time is so challenging and bringing my puppy to Debbie has transformed the quality of my puppies life! Debby looked after Storm our 1 year old Eurasier boy for 2 weeks from 24th Dec to 9th Jan. Debby is a professional and definitely has an amazing understanding of dogs. During our pre assessment Debby and her own Chihuahuas made us feel very welcome. This was very reassuring for me as Storm had not stayed overnight with anyone else. 2 weeks is a long time to be away and Debby kept us updated with photos and was in touch with us throughout our holiday, even though she was very busy herself over Christmas and New Year holidays. A Real Find

I’ve been taking Brian my Pug to Debbie for over 3 and a half years since he was a 3 month old pup. I take him there once a week for socialisation and he happily stays there when I’m on holiday. For me as a first time dog owner Debbie is a gold mine of useful practical information and advice on all things dog related – behaviour, basic training, nutrition and health.

She provides a highly professional service in a safe, secure, spotlessly clean and warm welcoming environment in her own home and secure dog friendly garden. She clearly loves working with dogs and the dogs she looks after love being around her.

I know that whenever I leave Brian in her care he will be safe, well looked after and very happy – he gets excited before she even opens her door.
